Convenient location, only a short 10-15 minutes' walk to the Arts Center 🎨. the staff here are all so kind and understanding. I really liked my room on the first floor, and the bed was super comfy.

The hotel had a decent position, right off highway. Booked a room on first level.

Location was excellent and value for the price was very good. Customer service was fine, but nothing outstanding.

Facility and rooms need an upgrade. Things were broken but repaired. Coffee and coffee maker are optional so please be sure to ask for it when checking in. Breakfast wasn't much (pastries and coffee) but I didn't expect much.

It was a nice touch having a microwave and fridge in the suite. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub for a nice soak 🛁. The location here was great too, being close to a movie theater.

Nothing about the facility is enjoyable..staff lack care or warmth..Become defensive when asked about electricity going off in am..

Beds were boards and likely the same ones they had in the 60s. The carpets ripped and frayed.The only chair was ripped in seat upholstery and soiled. The bathroom had mold and lights were dim in all rooms with burned out bulbs. No electricity for morning. no one answered desk phone..when I went to desk he was kicked back reading...

Very clean and quiet. Very close to many restaurants for walking.

The room on the first level was nice and comfortable. the bed was cozy and made for a good night's sleep. - Everything in the hotel seemed clean and well-maintained. - the location was convenient, being close to downtown, the farmers market, stores, restaurants. - I enjoyed stopping by the Broken Yolk Cafe for some pastries; it's located just a short distance away from the hotel.

Was hoping for a room closer to the river. Also not too happy about a bar being in the same parking lot.

The staff was really friendly. Great central location close to Grass Roots Books & Music. Walking distance to the Farmer's Market. Onsite restaurants were excellent.

The hotel is located in a convenient downtown area near the water. The room was clean and affordable, and it had smoke detectors for safety. I appreciated the wake-up service provided by the hotel.

This place is in a great spot, just a mile away from Oregon State University 🏫. The staff here are super friendly and the rooms on the first floor are budget-friendly.
